• The interest rate for home loans disbursed under this campaign is 6.25% reducing balance.
• The campaign covers new home loans, liability buyout, land purchase, and construction financing.
• The campaign is open to all Arab Bank customers across various programs and in accordance with the credit policy, including Jordanian expatriates (non-residents).
• Customers who successfully obtain a home loan during the campaign period will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a cash prize of JOD 20,000.
• The draw will be conducted at the end of each month throughout the campaign period.
• There will be one winner per week of the campaign, for a total of 17 winners over the entire campaign duration.
• The Bank will announce the names of winners on social media; customers who do not wish to be named may request to be excluded from the campaign.
• The minimum loan amount is JOD 50,000 and the minimum loan tenure is 8 years to be eligible for the draw.
• If a winner makes an early settlement before 8 years, they will be required to repay the prize amount of JOD 20,000.
• Any customer who obtains a home loan at an interest rate lower than the rate specified in the campaign will be excluded from participating in the draw.
