Now you can enjoy a host of new advanced features on our credit cards via “Arabi Mobile” app which will make it even more easier, convenient and secure to pay and shop using our cards…

  1. My Card Spend Analysis

This feature enables you to track your credit card spend behaviors and provides you with the option to compare your  current spend  with previous months. The spend comparison will be displayed on the app using friendly viewing charts and showing your card spend per category ( such as Retail Shops, Food & Beverage, Grocery & Supermarkets, Utilities, Fuel, Cash Transfer and Repayment), giving you deeper insights on where your card spending is taking place.

  2. Temporary Virtual Credit Card

With this feature, you will be able to create an instant supplementary virtual credit card with the same credit limit of your existing physical credit card easily and instantly through the “credit card” menu on “Arabi Mobile” app. This is a virtual digital card that can be only used for online shopping and online payments with the aim to provide you with additional security measures when conducting E-commerce transactions, and reduce the risk of fraud. This virtual digital card allows you to set an expiry date of the card of your choice (between 1 and 12 months), and also set a maximum number of transactions (from 1 to 98) during the validity of the card. Once the set number of transactions you have predefined are performed, this virtual temporary credit card will be automatically de-activated.

  3. PIN Code Inquiry

You will be able to view your credit card PIN through “Arabi Mobile” app. This will help you when in case you forgot your card PIN and need a quick reference to  it, without having to visit any of our branches or  calling our  Customer Care Center. Through this feature, you will receive an OTP (one-time password) via text message on your mobile number registered at the bank, enter this OTP in the required field, and then your PIN will show on your screen for 5 minutes. This also eliminates the dependency on the credit card PIN mailers sent to customers via the usual courier services.

  4. View Card Information

The service enables you to view the details of all your credit cards via  “Arabi Mobile” app. This includes the virtual digital credit card details in addition to your main credit cards details. Details include credit card number, expiry date and card verification value (CVV).  This service comes in handy when the CVV number becomes invisible on your physical card and you need a quick reference to it when shopping online or making e-payments using your card.
